Kaliwatu Sentul was born from a longing for slowness. A restaurant that is more than a place to stop by — a space to pause, listen to the ripple of water, and return to the table like coming home.
Set along the Cikeruh river in Sentul, Bogor, we built our saung from aged teak, invited the river's flow to be our soundtrack, and source our ingredients from the morning market and local farmers. Every dish is a small celebration — homestyle cooking served with the care of a fine-dining restaurant.
